The ERS is an easy to use electronic device designed to signal a friend, relative or emergency service whenever help is needed. The system has two parts: a small pendant transmitter, worn by the uer and a receiver connected to theuser's telephone.

The ERS connects to your telephone. Whenever you may need help, at any time, you push the portable ERS call button and your signal goes to a 24-hour Monitoring Center.

No matter what the need-a mdical emrgency, getting help after a fall, fear for persnal safety, the ERS program will put you in touch with another person.

The ERS Console is easily installed in your house or apartment. Simply by touching a button on the console or by pressing a button on a lightweight remote control pendant you wear, the system is immediately activated. You call is automatically placed to our monitoring center staffed 24 hours a day by professionals. Within seconds, a friendly voice will respond to your call for help or companionship.

The attendant will know who you are and will have all the necessary information regarding medical history. The center will have telephone numbr of people you have selected in advance, as well as emergency number of your local ambulance, police or fire department. All of this will appear on the computer screen in less than one minute from the time your call is placed...

The ERS Monitoring Center provides a 24-hour service, so you can always be in contact. Families can be assured that their loved ones always have access to the Monitoring Center service in case of Emergency.

Response Units

When a signal is received from the basic ERS unit, the operator responds to the call via the telephone. The operator will contact the family memebers or appropriate emergency services as directed.

Pressing the button on the transmitter of the voice unit establishes a two way communication path between the monitoring center and the subscribers unit. The operator can speak directly withthe subscriber through the unit, providing reassurance that help is on the way.
