Full Time - up to $72,758 per year
Position summary: Performs various chemical, microscopic, serological, hematological, and microbiological laboratory tests to obtain data used in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease. Technologist will make independent decisions concerning the quality of laboratory results. Technologist will use and maintain automated and manual instruments and must continually monitor the quality of the results obtained. Technologist will write and maintain procedure manuals. Technologist will comply with clinical and patient care regulations. Technologist will also fulfill the duties outlined in the phlebotomist/secretary job description.

Role qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
Must possess the ability to work well with others and the desire to be of service
Must demonstrate the highest degree of integrity, honesty, confidentiality, and responsibility
Must demonstrate excellent analytical judgment and the ability to work under stress while maintaining manual dexterity and attention to detail
Must be able to prioritize the workload
Accurate and precise laboratory results require neatness, a high degree of persistence, and a capacity for patient, thorough effort.
