"Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example.  Shana is definitely leading by both.  She stepped into a job that is not easy, nor for the faint of heart.  She works WITH the nursing staff and not in front of us.  She is always willing to help and has been known to work many day and night shifts herself, rather than leaving other nurses to pick up the slack.   She is always willing to work with you to improve your schedule.  She listens to your ideas.  She advocates for the patients and for the nursing staff.  She is appreciated and we are blessed to have her."
