Walk-in Clinic Available Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Appointments: 

  • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Wednesday & Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: Closed¬†

Patient Information and Policies

Refill Requests

  • Please do not wait until you are out of medication to submit a refill request. Your health can be compromised if you run out of a medication that you need to take on a regular basis.
  • Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be processed.
  • In order to have your prescription refilled in the quickest manner, please contact your pharmacy by Wednesday and ask them to send the prescription refill request to the office.
  • Prescription requests made after 3:00 p.m. may not be addressed until the following business day.

Requests on Friday or the day before a Holiday may not be addressed until the next business day.

Tardiness

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled for the next available appointment time.

No Call, No Show

If you miss three consecutive appointments without calling and cancelling or rescheduling ahead of time, you could be terminated from the practice at the discretion of your healthcare provider.

Referrals

Please allow 5 business days to hear from our office regarding the scheduling of non urgent referrals.

Insurance and Co-Pays

Please be prepared to present a copy of your insurance card when checking in for your appointment. You will be expected to pay your co-pay before seeing your healthcare professional.

Shots

Although shots, including allergy shots, can be given on a walk-in basis during clinic hours, your wait times will greatly decrease if you call ahead to give us an estimated time of arrival.
