Appointments:
Requests on Friday or the day before a Holiday may not be addressed until the next business day.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will need to be rescheduled for the next available appointment time.
If you miss three consecutive appointments without calling and cancelling or rescheduling ahead of time, you could be terminated from the practice at the discretion of your healthcare provider.
Please allow 5 business days to hear from our office regarding the scheduling of non urgent referrals.
Please be prepared to present a copy of your insurance card when checking in for your appointment. You will be expected to pay your co-pay before seeing your healthcare professional.
Although shots, including allergy shots, can be given on a walk-in basis during clinic hours, your wait times will greatly decrease if you call ahead to give us an estimated time of arrival.
